What excercises have hurt your back?

I also have to bend from the knees and not the waist. There are no sit ups in my plan either.Also, I have to have less bend and less stretch than most. I also have one arm that will go no farther that to my side (forget about it reaching behind). The old body just wont allow any more than that without doing me real harm.

Really, any bending exercises (from the waist) I can lift objects if I bend my knees, but, I have a weight limit (restriction - of 10lbs).

Well, I hate it, but I can't do sit ups in any way shape or form. I also have a hard time with anything that goes longer than 30 minutes.

I started doin some yoga on the Wii and about 30 minutes is my limit as well. Also any of the twist and stretch exercises I have to modify (no twist and less stretch). If they want me to grab my toes I am grabbing my knees. But other than that I have found the yoga to really help.

Recently, I reinjuried my back due to a PT program that was too much too fast for me. I hope one day to have an exercise program that I can due on a daily bases.
