Back pain has grown to be a common problem among people specially with the advent of the IT industry. It has been noticed that in Winter back pains are worse and it grows with the severity of the season. Research has roves that the cause of winter back pains is the lack of Vitamin D.

Add your commentThis is a new one. Take a vitamin D suppliment or get additional vitamin D from natural sources. There is no doubt that we are out in the sun less during the winter months, but I had never heard that it affected my bones. This is something to ponder. Does anyone have another source that can confirm this research? I am going to start taking a vitamin D suppliment. Simple and inexpensive.
