This is a new one. Take a vitamin D suppliment or get additional vitamin D from natural sources. There is no doubt that we are out in the sun less during the winter months, but I had never heard that it affected my bones. This is something to ponder. Does anyone have another source that can confirm this research? I am going to start taking a vitamin D suppliment. Simple and inexpensive.
