Can you tell me what the philosophy is behind the product? Does it do something to the joints or relieve inflammation or mask the pain?

Pros

It did help my joints to feel better, even my hip joint which was causing additional lower back pain. It is all natural, no dairy, shellfish, gluten or sugar.

Cons

The cost in some stores can be high, Vitamin Shoppe has the lowest price so far.
You need to start off with three pills in the morning and three in the evening.
