Add your reviewI used one of these just after my slip and fall less than 6 months after my hemilaminectomy. While it did help mask the pain in my back while I worked, I believe that by overuse I continued to injure my back more and more because I couldn't feel the pain and know when to stop.
Reindeer, why did the insurance co not just buy one for you if it was working for you? Wouldn't that be cheaper in the long run?
Had this product for only two months. Insurance company did not want to pay for 'rental' of unit. Worked really nice but, for me it was quite expensive. Cost was $60.00 per month, plus pads.
Thanks for letting me know.
Usually use it for about an hour 1st thing in the morning, then depending on pain level repeat throughout the day. A couple of times I have set the intensity level low and worn it all day. Not sure that duration is recommended but since it does help I am going to do it.
How much are you using it? How long do you keep it on at one time?
Very effective!!! Easy to use. Comfortable. Simply place electrodes surrounding or bracketing the area of pain, connect to the battery operated device. Use on back, knees, wrist etc. Does not interfere with daily activities or routines.. Painless.
Have been using this product for about two weeks now. Since started using it have not need a pain pill !!! Able to sit, stand, walk and take care of daily tasks much easier and although not 100% pain free and need to use extreme caution not to injure myself; I am at last experiencing tolerable levels of discomfort. Great to not be going through another day in a pain-killer induces brain fog!!!
ConsYet to discover any.
