Add your commentThis one is too much for my back, Sure looks interesting.
I have arthritis in both knees and use either a pillow, cushion or folded towel/s to kneel on, this is important to have something soft under your knees when doing any of these exercises. Also if you have lower back pain this is usually a sign that you have a weak core area (from under bust to crotch area as well as obliques which are either side of the six pack area.) To strengthen the back and get rid of a lot of that pain, core exercises are needed before you start doing other exercises that entail being on your knees. But a tight/toned core is more important to eliminate back pain. ☺☺☺
I wish my knees would allow me to do this, I can't even kneel on my mattress without pain.
Dear LORD !!! I'm not sure if this has worked for others but, I literally couldn't hold myself up and landed right on my stomach. The pain that went into my lower back and down my right leg was awful. Unfortunately this one did not work for me.
i like this i have dome some of these exercises and they do work
Looks scary. I have a lot of weakness in my hips and lower back. I will have to wait till hubby gets home to try this one just in case I cant get off the floor. Any body else have that problem? Im 29 and have a 11month old daughter so I have to get on the floor a lot but have a terrible time getting up because of weakness..(ruptured disintegrating L5, 4 bulging disc in my neck and a pinched nerve my dr never told me WHAT nerve but we know I also have sciatica. I had an MRI recently but never PT)
Can't get down on hands & knees (I ha e RA in hands & wrists, OA in both knees).
So has anyone had any success with this one?
I learned this one I'm PT.
this is a very interesting technique.
yes it does feel good
Let us know how it works. I am interested in any type of treatment that can be done at home and does not involve any medicine or surgery.
worth a try…
