11 years ago my spine was crushed at work since then ive had 3 double spinal fusions and the pain is so bad always a 10 plus pain level im now on ssd and barely making ends meet…i cant take meds due to my body being immune to them and also they ate the lining of my stomache before the surgeriges i tried everthing reflexology, pt, chiro, and healing hands …and woke up one morning and i couldnt walk.. i pray something is out there …anyone know of anything ????

I am a healing with hand therapist my profession is to relax and treat back pain by therapy and massage I am not against any treatmaents done for back pain but I can say that many back pain can be released by and treat without surgeries, medicines in easy way as 101 back pain advice I believe in natural treatments as I am Experiencing with my patients everyday

This was a good title for the clip. It really was back pain 101. I am always a fan of anyone who doesn't think that surgery should be the first best option. For those who are here and have just mild pain or pain for the first time, there are some good hints in here for you.
